About us

RCL was formed in 2008 and has successfully completed contracts in partnership with both local authorities and the private sector. The Directors of the Company are Clive Whereat and Paul Field who are both CPFA qualified, have extensive Director experience and appreciate the ethos and values of working within Local Government as well as having the experience to offer commercial solutions.  Where necessary RCL is able to recruit Associates with the appropriate experience and knowledge to further support projects. This includes people of national renown who have advised CIPFA on accounting changes and developments.
